Recently Dave Hester from the hit TV series Storage Wars -- filed a lawsuit in a New York court to sue Trey Songz and try and secure his rights to the phrase "Yuuup" that he uses when bidding at storage unit auctions on the hit TV series. This was the answer to the recent cease and desist letter that rapper Trey Songz sent to Hester to challenge his trademark of the phrase. Who will win? You decide!
